I left the office today early because I knew when rush hour and this weather met, it wouldn’t be a pretty site. If you go outside right now in downtown Cleveland you will know what I’m talking about, it feels like you are in a snow globe and “it doesn’t show signs of stoppin.”
Nevertheless, Cleveland’s 11th Annual Holiday Tour will jump off tonight at 5:30pm and go till 11:00pm, whether snow, or shine, or rain, or sleet… well we know its snow and its going on anyway.
The tour is of Cleveland’s oldest neighborhood and original commercial center. Attendees will be starting out at the Bridgeview Apartment Building at 1300 W. 9th. From there the tour will feature Cleveland’s hottest condos and restaurants including Barley House, Blue Point Grille, Brasa Grill, Cleveland Chophouse & Brewery, Gillespie’s Map Room, Johnny’s Downtown, John Q’s Steakhouse, Metro Bar + Kitchen, Osteria di Valerio & Al, Phoenix Coffee Company, Waterstreet Grill and Zdara, all featuring courtesy samplers.
Tickets are $75 at the door but will be well worth it. If this sounds like you and you can handle the snow, strap on your boots, hats and scarfs and go have fun!
