Market At The Fig in Ohio City

After enjoying one of our favorite happy hours at the Flying Fig, on Market Avenue in Ohio City, last week, we noticed that the Fig had a market.  Just next door in a small charming shop, you will find “Market At The Fig.”  This sort of thing always gets me excited, mainly because its something different.  There is so much out there that is more of the same its a nice breath of fresh air.  In this shop you will find exactly that…in the form of assorted fine wines, micro beers, specialty meats, cheeses, delicious gourmet sandwiches and salads.  The options keep you guessing, there are even musical events and tastings.  Market At The Fig, just one more reason to mosey on down to Ohio City and check out whats going on!

Constantinos: Great Place to Eat and Grocery Shop Downtown Cleveland

Downtown's Grocery Store

A few years back Constantino’s Market made its new home in Downtown Cleveland allowing the Warehouse District to become a full service community to its residents and guests.

Well, its just gotten event better.  A recent expansion has made it the place to go for fresh lunch variety.  Its right up the street from my office and we are all regulars these days especially since they put in the new expansive salad/soup bar.

Its probably not the cheapest option but is definitely something special to break up your busy day.  Whether you are going for a coffee in the morning and want to choose from a variety of blends, getting some wine and cheese for a dinner party or picking up supplies for the week, if you live/work downtown you need to know about this place, its a great Cleveland resource!
